Once you've placed your order, it's unfortunately no longer possible to add or remove items from your shopping cart, as all orders are transmitted to our logistics center simultaneously. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can simply cancel it and place a new order.

The best way is to send us an email to info[at]caamate.de requesting a cancellation.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.
Should your item arrive damaged or have any other defect, please send us a photo of the problem and the corresponding order number to info[at]caamate.de and our support team will take care of your request as quickly and carefully as possible.
Address corrections can only be made before your order has been shipped. In this case, please send a message with your full address to info@caamate.de
If the package has already been shipped, unfortunately no changes can be made. In this case, the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse by DHL within 14 days. Once the package arrives back with us, we can arrange for it to be reshipped to the correct address. Please contact us if you have any questions.
