Address corrections can only be made before your order has been handed over to DHL. The best way to proceed is to call us as soon as possible during business hours (Mon-Fri from 9am-3pm) or send a message with the new delivery address to info[at]caamate.de, and we can try to change the order to your new delivery address.
Yes, you can also have your package delivered to a Packstation. Please ensure that you enter the delivery address correctly in the fields as follows:
Address: Write the word "Packstation" + the number of the DHL Packstation to which the shipment should be delivered.
Company: Enter the PostNumber (=DHL Packstation customer number) here.
Postal code: Postal code of the DHL Packstation to which the shipment is to be delivered.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1-3 working days after you have received the shipping confirmation.
Please remember that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping to all other EU countries takes approximately 3-7 days.
First of all: Your package is safe and no one has ever not received their Mate package. If your package doesn't arrive within the stated delivery time, please check the tracking information first. It's possible your package was left at a parcel shop or with a neighbor. If this isn't the case and the shipping status hasn't changed for two business days, please contact us here.
As soon as we hand your package over to DHL or our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link so you can track your package with DHL. This way, you always know where your package is.
