Should you not be completely satisfied with an item from us, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. A refund can only be issued if the item(s) arrive in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot refund opened products.
If you received the wrong product from us, we will of course cover the return shipping costs. For all other reasons for returns and the associated return shipping costs, the buyer is responsible.

We are truly sorry that your delivery was incomplete. This was absolutely not our intention and should not have happened. We will arrange for a replacement delivery as soon as possible. Please fill out the contact form with the exact product(s) in question, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
The purchase price will be refunded to you via the original payment method no later than 14 days after you receive the goods. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the credit has been issued.
If you have complied with the 14-day return period and the products are still in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged, we will refund your purchase price as soon as possible after receiving the goods.
If you realize you've placed the wrong order, please contact us immediately by email at info@caamate.de. Your order usually leaves our warehouse within 12 hours. We will inform you as soon as possible whether cancellation is still possible or if the package is already on its way to you.
Where there's a lot of shopping, packing, and shipping going on, damage can sometimes occur. If this happens with your purchase from our online shop, we are incredibly sorry. We've compiled everything you need to know here in case of a complaint.

Step 2
We'll review the images as soon as possible and get back to you by email or phone with an update on the next steps. We always strive to find a solution that makes everyone happy – you, us, and our planet.
Step 3
If the issue is clear-cut, we'll send a replacement directly to you. In rare cases, we'll ask you to return your damaged soulmate first. Ideally, use the original box and outer packaging. Thank you!
