Step 1: Navigate to your favorite mate strain or syrup. Select the "Order as a subscription" option, specify the quantity and delivery frequency (1 to 6 months), and add the products to your shopping cart.

Step 2: If you'd like to add more mate varieties and syrups to your subscription, that's easy. Simply return to Step 1 and add all your preferred products to your cart. You can add both subscription and non-subscription products. Please note that non-subscription products will only be shipped with your initial order.

Step 3: Now check your selection in the shopping cart and complete the order process. For subscriptions, payment options such as PayPal, Google Pay, or credit card are available.

Step 4: After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us and delivery within 1-3 business days. Enjoy your mate!

Step 6: Your next subscription delivery will arrive at your chosen interval, for example, after two months. Four days beforehand, we will send you a reminder email in which you can also adjust, pause, or cancel your subscription after the minimum term (2 deliveries).

The caámate subscription is super flexible. Because we all know the feeling: a vacation is coming up, or there are periods when more or less mate is consumed than usual.

Here are the advantages at a glance:

• Easy adjustments: After your second delivery, you can change the quantity of your order, pause it, or cancel it – simply via your customer account or by sending a short email to info@caamate.de. Please note the deadlines so we can accommodate your requests.

• Reminder email 4 days before each delivery: Another advantage is that we will contact you by email four days before your next Mate delivery is shipped. This gives you enough time to decide whether you want to receive the delivery as planned or adjust it.

• Always have a fresh supply of mate: You no longer have to worry about when to reorder. After the first delivery, you'll already have a good overview of how much mate you consume monthly. Should you ever have too much or too little, you can adjust your subscription to your needs after the second order.
  

You can choose an interval of between 1 and 6 months. If you don't yet know your mate consumption, you can only estimate it for your first order (see the question "How do I know how much mate I need?").

If you'd like to save on shipping costs in addition to the discount, we recommend choosing a longer delivery interval so that your order total exceeds €39 (free shipping) – for example, switching from one 1kg pack every month to 4kg packs every three months. This also helps the environment, as fewer packages are shipped.

To avoid this, you'll receive a reminder email from us four days before each Mate delivery is shipped, informing you that your next delivery is imminent. Our goal is to give you enough time to make adjustments, pause, or cancel if necessary.

Should you forget to cancel a delivery in time and it is already on its way or has arrived, we offer you two options:

• You can keep the delivery and simply pause or postpone your next subscription delivery to a later date.

• Alternatively, you have the option of returning the unopened packages to us at your own expense.

Please note regarding shipping costs: If you order subscription and non-subscription products together, free shipping will apply individually to each of your future orders. To continue benefiting from free shipping, the value of your subscription products – regardless of the non-subscription products – must be at least €39.

Example (for orders within Germany): If you combine a 1kg order of mate tea (approx. €16) in the subscription model with non-subscription products worth approx. €30, the total order value is €46, which qualifies for free shipping. However, the non-subscription products will no longer be included in the next subscription delivery, and the order value will be €16, meaning standard shipping costs will apply.

• One-time free shipping offer: You can either add non-subscription products to your regular subscription delivery, or if you already have an active subscription, simply send us your requests for non-subscription products via email, and we will add them manually to your order.

• Permanently Free Shipping: Another way to benefit from free shipping in the long term is to order more subscription products and adjust the delivery interval accordingly. So, if you want to save on shipping costs permanently in addition to your discount, we recommend choosing a longer delivery interval. This will allow you to reach a merchandise value of over €39 and benefit from free shipping within Germany. For example, instead of a 1kg pack every month, you could switch to a 4kg pack every four months. Yes, the minimum subscription period is two deliveries. You can adjust your subscription after the first delivery. After the second delivery, you also have the option to pause, cancel, or further adjust your subscription.

The subscription agreement can be terminated at the end of the minimum term and at any time after the minimum term has expired, with a notice period of 3 days. Terminations can be made in writing, in text form (e.g., by email), or electronically via the termination tool (termination button) provided by the seller on their website.
